Grand Central Silver Mines, Inc., a mineral resource and exploration company based in Hoffman Estates, IL that has exploration properties in the Western United States, has engaged The Peakstone Group as its exclusive financial advisor to evaluate strategic alternatives for the Company’s land holdings, including a possible joint venture arrangement of its property located in the Southwestern portion of the State of Utah.

"We are fortunate to have Peakstone advise us as we try to capitalize on the opportunities that are occurring in the mining industry today. These properties are generally located in established mining districts with large production histories. The company owns or controls over 13,600 acres in the Western portion of the State of Utah.

While Grand Central maintains an interest in other properties elsewhere in Utah and also in Idaho, the company has focused its attention on the property located in the Lincoln mining district in Utah.
